Best:
Supportive, available, gives me needed tools so I can get my job done, explains not just what needs to be done but why, cares about my job satisfaction, competent, respects privacy, willing to do the same work I do, tells me to "go home"

Worst:
Micromanages, lack of trust, criticizes employees publicly, expects me to work overtime even when unneeded, creates unnecessary work, controlling, sacrifices team morale when needed to impress upper management, keeps secrets, unavailable, irresponsive
