Coping complex situations

You are in Night Shift, & the alone/only administrator on the floor Facing some critical problem/issue (i.e. Network, System) for which you are unable to found solution or if it is out of your knowledge or scope & a senior person of your company & an overseas Client is in ConCall with you. How will you handle the condition & what reply you should give to them at the event ?

I would tell them that I don't know the answer. Ask them to send an email to "so-and-so" who is more senior than you. Also, have them CC you on the email so that you can try to research the problem in the mean time.
