What's the worse thing you've had to tell one of your employees?

Telling an employee they have a hygiene issue is difficult. Only because you know you have to face them the next day and hopefully you don't have to repeat the request.

The worst thing to say to an employee is simply "No".
The last thing you want is that the employee will think that his / her ideas or opinions are not important.

Always hear them out and if their ideas are not acceptable, explain yourself to them, in a matter they will understand.
