Most employers will be looking for sound business decisions made with a sense of urgency that matches the situation and alignment to sound values. Make sure you have at least two well-crafted STORIES to tell with enough detail (and no more than enough) to demonstrate these qualities and the results that were generated ((describe incident)..."it was clear that we had failed the customer so I immediately apologized to them and made good on the original promise. After explaining the break down and measures put in place to prevent future incidences the customer thanked me and remains one of our best clients to this day").
