I got the job so I think I gave a good answer. I was honest and said if I had 5 different managers in my first 6 months like I had at my last job it would play a big role in a decision like that. While it didn't cause me to quit my last job, I would be really unhappy if I had to go through that again. I explained how based on my observations of their company I was confident I would not have a similar experience and felt very comfortable working with them.
