Resolve a conflict

If you as a manager/supervisor were had conflict going on between one of your instructors and a student how would you handle it?

As a good manger or supervisor hopefully I would be aware of the situation before the situation was out of hamnd. I would determine what the policy was for the problem and mediate a plan between the instructor and student to resolve teh issue.
