What experience have you had with event planning?

The best way to answer this question would be to be honest, but also add to your answer that event planning never goes 100% smoothly.

One's philosophy should be to learn something new from a previous event and apply it to the next event. Incorporating sound project management processes and procedures will reduce the number of issues during the actual event.

I hope that helps and as I stated in a previous answer, always have a post evaluation so you can document lessons learned and incorporate those lesson on your next event planning.
