What are the new features that were add in IIS 8?

There is no IIS8 (yet). The latest version is IIS 7.5 which shipped with Windows 2008 R2.

There is also IIS Express which is a cut-down version of 7.5 which developers can use instead of Cassini in Visual Studio 2010.

There *is* an IIS 8 in the Windows Server Developer Preview. It looks superficially similar to IIS 7.5.
