You should (as planned) complete and ship the goods to your customer on time, while facing sever resources limitation. Seems like you have no alternative but choosing between giving up on your world class quality performance or hurting your commitment of 100% on time delivery (as well as the company revenue...)? How are going to manage this situation internally and externally and what actions should you take in order to avoid such incidents in the future ?
