What do you recomend for our company to use, US GAAP or IFRS?

In most of the cases it is not a decision, because it depends of the country the company is operating; these are reporting requirements that vary between countries. It will also depend in the strategy of the company, and finally the world is moving to IFRS so the natural decision should be to move or use IFRS if the company has the opportunity to use any of both reporting standards.
