Your client is gonna lose

How would you react if you have a case that you believe has no change of winning ,
but your client wishes to go to court .

You have already told him that his chances are low , and it would be better he will compromise .

I will try to convince my client with all facts & figures. If he still wants to go to the court, i would rather help him to get the desired judgment from court in the quickest possible time. I would assist my client in the legal battle so that it can work as an eye opener for many of my other clients.

After the judgment we will have another meeting where both should agree to the truth & acknowledge.
