What is your preferred working environment? For instance, what kind of boss do you work well with?

The answer to this question is dependent on the individual. In my case my response was as follows: My preferred working environment is one where everyone has mutual respect for each other - an environment that is professional but employees feel comfortable joking around once in a while. For instance, I cannot function in an environment where I will be micromanaged. I expect my boss to trust that I will complete my tasks in the time given.
