You are in charge of a new system and did not receive proper overlap.
A new problem had occurred and your advice is needed.
How will you try to solve the issue?

I would work in these ways:
1. Search for titles and special text in the error message or the screen where the error had occurred - this will allow me to find the page or situation where the error occurred in the source code.
2. Check error logs to see a stack trace of the error
3. Try to reproduce the error in tests environment
4. Try to reproduce the error with the customer (if possible of course)

These ways will give me good knowledge of the system flow and from there I will be able to use my basic programming skills to solve the issue.
